FAQ

SHIPPING:

 

We typically only ship one day a week so that we can continue working on production. This means that it could be up to 7 days before we ship your order. Please keep this in mind when selecting Priority mail. 

 

If your order remains pending for longer than normal it may be that we are still making your item/s. Please email us if there is any concern at all.

DAMAGED ITEMS:

 

If your item or items are damaged in shipment please notify us via email asap and we will report the damage to the selected shipping company. It is absolutely essential for you to hold onto all packing material, box included.

In the meantime we will get started on a replacement for your broken piece which could take up to 2-3weeks.

We take excellent care when wrapping and packing your Mugs. The mugs are wrapped with corregated wrap and packed with ample biodegrable starch packing pellets. You can rest assured that your item will arrive safe and sound as our breakage rate is extremely low.

RETURNS:

 

If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase or we got it wrong send us an email within a week of receiving your order, We'll be happy to correct the situation for you. We can exchange, refund your item or apply a credit to your account.

 

CANCELLATIONS:

 

You may request to cancel your order at any time unless your order has already shipped. In this case you will need to return the item and once received we will refund your money.

 

PRIVACY POLICY:

 

We do not share any of your personal information, period! Your credit card/banking info is not stored on our site at all.
